All pricing
is set exclusively by individual suppliers.

The
contract of sale for any part is strictly between the user and the supplier.
•
PartsFinder.ge
is not a party to any transaction on our platform.
3. User
Eligibility

You
must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform.
•
You
must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Georgian law.
•
You
agree to use our platform for lawful purposes only.
•
All
information you submit must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
4. Part
Requests and Quotes

All
part request submissions are completely free of charge.
•
Quotes
from suppliers are estimates and may vary at the time of actual purchase.
•
PartsFinder.ge
does not guarantee the availability, price, or delivery time of any part.
•
PartsFinder.ge
does not collect payments on behalf of any supplier.
•
All
payments are made directly between the user and the supplier.
5.
Supplier Listings
Suppliers are independent
businesses. While we conduct due diligence during onboarding, we do not
guarantee the accuracy of their listings, quality of parts offered, delivery
timelines, or customer service standards.
If you experience a problem with a
supplier, contact us at info@partsfinder.ge. We will investigate and may remove
the supplier from our platform if appropriate.
6.
Returns, Refunds & Warranties

PartsFinder.ge
does not handle returns or refunds these are governed by each supplier's
individual policy.
•
Report
faulty, damaged, or incorrect parts to the supplier within 48 hours of
delivery.
•
Review
the supplier's return and warranty policy before purchasing.
•
PartsFinder.ge
accepts no liability for losses arising from supplier transactions.
7.
Intellectual Property
All content on PartsFinder.ge including text, images, logos, data, and design is the exclusive property of
PartsFinder.ge, protected under Georgian and international intellectual
property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute any content
without written permission.
8. Brand
& Trademark Disclaimer
PartsFinder.ge is an independent
marketplace. References to vehicle manufacturers and brand names (Toyota, BMW,
Nissan, etc.) are for descriptive and compatibility purposes only and do not
imply any partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with those manufacturers.

Conduct
You agree not to submit false or
fraudulent information, use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to hack
or disrupt our systems, or engage in any activity that could damage our
reputation or that of our suppliers.

advertisements via Google AdSense. We do not endorse third-party advertisers.
